Fabulous for larger filming location needs, find the glamour of Hollywood or California nestled in the heart of Surrey! Oozing with modern and contemporary architectural style, all you need to do is add the sun in post if the weather doesn’t play ball.

This spacious location house has been used for both BBC and Bollywood productions. Modern, minimal, accessible… and in Dulwich, South London. there’s a guest annex for the crew if you need to doo a shoot and stay, with plenty of room for all of your kit.

An East London penthouse that could be in any city in the world! It also has a massive roof terrace with a stunning view of the City of London, Canary Wharf, and wider East London. The minimalistic high spec finish inside is easily dressed for your brief requirements.

A warm, luxe scandi minimalism inspired home. Are you in an indulgent European hotel? No, you’re in a gorgeous multi-reception room townhouse in Hackney with its own music studio. There’s plenty of natural light and lots of rough-sewn oak and raw plaster walls to be had.

In the back streets of Parsons Green is a super light Victorian family home with a Californian-but also New York inspired kitchen/living/dining area. It has crittall-style doors that open onto the garden and a snug room with a terrace. Plenty of light and plants help make this space feel very cool and modern.

A stunning redbrick home in the Wandsworth area of London, there are elements of mid century modern Scandinavia, New York loft, and cosy country house. A bright modern family home with oodles of international styling potential. With an open plan ground floor, an artist studio, music room and large patio and garden, if the superb natural light doesn’t sell you on this location house then the exposed brick will!

The Butter Factory

A cool and bright 1930’s industrial artist studio film location, with a large rooftop and London views. It has modern, industrial decor, a mezzanine and small kitchen for shoot use. Great warehouse and factory vibes!
