Location property for Philadelphia
Our Eglantine location in Wandsworth was chosen for Philadelphia UKI’s August social competition campaign. The ad features Andi Oliver making a smoked salmon bagel to promote viewers' chance to WIN a VIP Brunch hosted with Oliver herself. The backdrop is quintessentially Eglantine with the exposed brick walls and iconic marble countertop that bookers love it for. Who wouldn't want to get paid to have Andi Oliver in their kitchen!
Eglantine’s New-York apartment style kitchen is the space in the home that gets used the most for shoots. It is utra-modern and has very high ceilings with crittal windows, bringing in gorgeous natural light. Bonus points- there is also an indoor swing in the kitchen and a mezzanine looking over it.
Location Hired For Pooky Lighting Ad
Pooky Lighting needed a spacious living room for their upcoming ad and our West House was perfect for it. Located in Clapham SW4, Pooky Lighting chose West House for its unique furnishing and versatility. The home used to be a vicarage and still has original features that make it interesting to bookers. To bring this Pooky ad to life, the shoot made many adjustments to the interiors.
For jobs like this, homes are returned back to their original state unless agreed otherwise. What’s fun is that sometimes our owners even have walls painted for shoots and end up preferring to keep the new look!
Dobbies Garden Centre and the perfect outdoor location
When Dobbie’s Garden Centre was in search of the perfect outdoor location for their Spring ad, we had just the right house. We had recently launched a new shoot location in Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 and before we knew it, the house was confirmed for the Dobbie’s “Spring’s OUR Thing” commercial.
Barnet House is a contemporary home with a huge garden, terrace and shed. This house is great for commercial hire as it is just outside of London and has plenty of parking and no surrounding noise disruption. The house also has a stunning art-deco bar, lounge, pool table area and utility room for shoot crews.
